The news about UA hurting the Chinese customer really hurts everyone. The customer payed for the flight and it's NOT his duty to get off, and UA DOES NOT have the right to drag him off of course.
He is a doctor and was going to see his patient. He is also a 69-year-old senior, AND A CHINESE. All the things UA did make me so sick. He payed the money to take the flight, not to get hurt while being dragged off the flight!! This is unbelievable!! Does UA have vendetta with the customers? What UA did and IS STILL DOING is losing everyone's heart, and I'm never taking UA's flight again, cause what they do to my compatriot is really SICKENING. I am so shocked by the whole thing. I am free to speak any of the languages and free to travle all around the world, but in the first case, I AM A CHINESE and I DO NOT ALLOW ANYONE HUMILIATING MY COUNTRY!!! 我是一个中国人，虽然我只是十四亿分之一，可是我可以在任何时刻为了祖国站出来！

it was pretty messed up I agree, unfortunately I think it was a big misunderstanding and the whole thing could have been avoided had UA communicated better
